Refund and Deferral Policy – WeLearn Academy
WeLearn Academy is committed to offering a flexible and responsible learning experience that respects participants’ needs and adheres to educational and administrative standards. The following policy outlines learners’ rights regarding refund and deferral requests.
1. Refund Policy
Participants have the right to request a refund under the following conditions:
- A full refund (with a 10% administrative fee deduction) is available if the request is submitted at least 48 hours before the course start time.
- No refund will be accepted if the request is made less than 48 hours before the course begins.
2. Deferral Policy (Course Freeze)
Participants may request to defer their course enrollment for up to 3 months from the date of payment, provided that:
- They have not attended any training sessions.
In this case, a full refund may be requested within 14 days from the payment date, as long as the above conditions are met.
3. Additional Conditions
❌ Refunds and deferrals are not permitted after the stated deadlines.
⏳ Refund requests will be reviewed within a maximum of 14 days from the date of approval.
💱 Participants are responsible for any associated bank or international transfer fees.
🔄 Course registration cannot be transferred to another person (e.g., a relative or friend).
📚 Course freezing is not allowed after the course begins, and attending only the core lessons without engaging in additional learning activities (e.g., clubs or enrichment sessions) is not permitted.
